We collect the details you give us (name, contact info, address, preferences) to provide quotes and services and, with your permission, to send updates and review requests. We do not sell your information. Our service providers (email, text messaging, payments and hosting) process it only to deliver those services.
If you have worked with us, you can sign in at monarchlnd.com/portal with a one-time link we email to you. There is no password. Your account shows your invoices and payments and lets you send us notes. We store your name, email address, invoice details, payment amounts, dates and how you paid, and the notes you write. Only you and the Monarch team can see them.
Card payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure form. Your card number never reaches our website or our database, and we do not keep it. We keep a record of each payment (amount, date, how you paid and any card fee) for our accounting and tax records, and we keep invoices and payment records for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Notes you send go to the Monarch team and are not published. We invite every customer, not only some, to leave a Google review if they wish. Reviews on Google are public and are governed by Google.
We send you emails about your invoices and payments because they are part of your account. Review requests and other messages are sent only with your permission, and you can stop them at any time. See our Text & Email Terms.
To access, correct or delete your information, or to stop messages, contact [email protected]. We may need to keep some invoice and payment records as the law requires.
